Accessibility and prams
The hill is only partially accessible. The lower alleys and meadows are relatively flat, but the route to the summit includes stairs and steep sections. Here is a practical stage-by-stage description.
Foot and lower alleys
The lower alleys and meadows around the children’s railway and the adventure centre are flatter and easier to move around with a pram or a slow pace.
Middle section
Towards the middle the surface becomes uneven; steep stretches and stairs appear. Prams become difficult – judge your strength before continuing.
Towards the summit
The last stretch to the summit is by stairs and a steep slope – unsuitable for wheelchairs. For a panorama choose the lower platforms.
